Out of pearls before the end of the month? You choose. Everything stops there, or tests keep running at the per-pearl price, up to a spending cap you set. Unused pearls do not carry over. All prices exclude VAT.

No. You describe the flow in plain words, you watch Qaviar do it and you approve. Qaviar was designed for project managers and business owners who want to know whether their site works, without opening a code editor.
No, and that is deliberate. Qaviar handles what is repetitive: running the same tests again at every deployment. Your tester keeps control of the strategy, the edge cases and the judgment. Qaviar saves them time. It does not take their place.
The test reports the difference, with a screenshot, and Qaviar analyzes it. If the change is intended (a renamed button, a moved page), Qaviar offers you the updated flow, already checked, to approve in one click. Otherwise, it shows you what broke.
Yes. You save a test account in the project. Its credentials are encrypted and are only ever used on your domain. Only their names are ever sent, never their values.
Only if you ask it to. You decide where each test stops: before payment on your live site, or all the way through on your staging siteA copy of your site, where changes are checked before they go live., with a test card. The email addresses used are test addresses, never your customers’.
Qaviar always connects from the same IP address, so you can allowlist it. It can also enter the credentials or access codes that protect your site. Is your staging site only reachable over a VPN? Contact us and we will find the right solution.
The unit you spend on tests. Creating a test costs 10 pearls, running it costs one, difference analysis included (limited). You see your balance at any time, and you decide what happens when it runs out.
Yes: 14 days and 200 pearls included, no card required, to try exploration, replays and campaigns. Some features are reserved for paid plans: difference analysis from Starter upwards, runs on every pull request and multi-role tests from Growth, simulated failures and memory from Studio. At the end, you choose a plan or you leave. No pushy reminders.
You choose a plan and everything continues. Otherwise, your tests and results remain available to view, but no more tests are run.
Yes. There is no commitment: you cancel from the Billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Never. Qaviar uses your site like a visitor: through the interface, in a real browser. No access to the code, the database or the servers.
It is hosted in Europe and is only used for your tests: never sold, never used for anything else. The passwords of your test accounts are encrypted.
